Advanced Topics in Science

SDAT

This single semester course will enable students to pursue their passion in science through the in-depth exploration of five topics of their choosing ranging from biology and the health sciences, chemistry and forensic science, earth and space science to theoretical and applied engineering and applied physics.

Pre-Requisites: Regents Biology and a 90% or greater average in Science or an 85 average in Science and the recommendation of a Science teacher. Notes: This course may be taken more than once with the permission of the instructor. This course fulfills elective credits only and will not replace the required courses in Chemistry and Physics.
